Working in Islam has a high degree. Islam encourages the people to work, live in glory and not become a burden to others. Islam also gives freedom in choosing works accordaning to the tendencies and abilities of each person.
However, Islam regulates the boundaries and establishes the values that must be safeguarded, so that work is truly seen as worship which gives benefits in the world and in the hereafter. Those include, the work must be lawful and good, the work should be professionally and responsibly, sincerely at the work, and do not neglect the obligation to Allah.
