Smile is charity and healthy

Saat tersenyum, bagian otak yang mengatur emosi bahagia diaktifkan. Dengan senyum, hormon pemicu stres berkurang, sementara hormon pembangkit mood meningkat. Senyuman juga menstimulasi otak yang bisa membuat pikiran lebih positif. Bahkan, dengan tersenyum, seseorang bisa menurunkan tekanan darahnya. Sekali senyuman bisa menimbulkan efek stimulasi di otak setara dengan efek yang didapatkan dari makan 2.000 batang cokelat. Seseorang hanya butuh menggunakan 17 otot di wajah untuk tersenyum.
